Shipping Policy

 

• U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 per order.
• Orders ship via USPS and tracking will be provided once your order is fulfilled.
• Shipping times vary but typically arrive within 2–5 business days after mailing.
• Once your order is scanned by the carrier, I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
• If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

 

 

Shipping Address Responsibility

 

• Please double-check your address at checkout.
• If the wrong address is entered and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend.

 

 

 Damaged or Defective Cups

 

• If your cup arrives damaged due to a shipping issue, please contact USPS to file a claim.
• If there’s a craftsmanship issue (not shipping-related), contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. I will evaluate each case individually.
