📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All tumblers are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your cup to be crafted, degassed, sealed, and packaged.

Some cups are made live on TikTok, but if yours is not, the same processing time still applies. 💖

Shipping Method & Rate:

• All U.S. orders ship via USPS

• Flat rate shipping: $7.95

• Tracking will be provided via email once your order is fulfilled.

Delivery Time:

Shipping time is separate from processing time and varies depending on USPS. Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. I am not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

Once your order has been handed off to USPS, I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package appears to be lost or marked delivered but not received, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

Packaging:

Every order is packed with care and love to ensure your cup arrives in great condition. If your package arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to begin a damage claim.
