Thank you so much for supporting Lupe’s HopefulCreations! All cups are handmade with love and attention to detail. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Care Instructions

• Hand wash only
• Not dishwasher or microwave safe
• SNOWGLOBES cold drinks only – these cups are not intended for hot liquids
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
• GLASS & STAINLESS STEEL can be used with cold or warm liquids. Not intended for super hot liquids. 

 

Processing Time

• All tumblers are made to order, and many are crafted live on TikTok.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for your cup to be created, degassed, sealed, and packaged.
• If your cup is not made live, the same processing time still applies.

Order Changes (Live-Only Flexibility)

• If you’re watching live and want to upgrade your cup size, I’m happy to help before your cup is started!
• Just message me during the live or reach out directly, and I’ll send a link to pay the price difference.
• Once your cup is in progress or finished, no changes can be made.

 

All Sales Are Final

• Due to the custom nature of each item, all sales are final.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
• Please double-check your order details and shipping address before checking out.

 

Product Disclaimer

• Each tumbler is handmade—variations in glitter flow, color tone, and wrap placement are normal and part of the charm!
• Colors may look different in person due to lighting, screen settings, or glitter composition.
• Flow speed may vary slightly depending on the cup style and materials used.
